£4.50

Description

Our full-colour April 2021 issue celebrates the magazine’s 35th birthday and has a Nina Miklin design on the cover. We always tell you how to knit all our patterns on standard gauge machines and we’ve our usual mix of designs. This month, Designer Spotlight shines on Susan Guagliumi, with Part 2 of a 3-part series unravelling some of the mysteries of short row knitting. Sue Booth brings us another Designer Special multi-size design using Uppingham Filigree 2-ply Fine Crepe along with a very popular Anne Baker Karabee Design. Sally-Ann Carroll brightens up our mood and knits when both are feeling down in the dumps and our Techniques feature shows how to make neckbands look good and fit well. Bill King  knits ‘fake brioche’ on single bed machines and we’ve repeated his chic beret design. Helen Lewis shares her love of pure wool and there’s lots of help and a child’s mitten pattern in Dear Anne. We always include news, reviews and club details and it’s a bumper issue filled with ideas and inspiration.
